In an interview for ABC News' Nightline airing Monday night, Kim Kardashian, 29, along with sisters Khloe and Kourtney and mom Kris Jenner confronts the plastic surgery rumors head on. Except for a little Botox, she says she's 100% all natural. She also clarifies she never had her nose done. Still, Kim admits: "What's funny about my nose, it's my biggest insecurity. I always want to get my nose done... I went to the doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn't. I wouldn't look the same."
