Charlotte Todd, 31, who designed the dress as part of her St. Andrews course requirements, put it on the block as part of Kerry Taylor Auctions Passion for Fashion sale. Todd, who made the piece as part of her university coursework, tells People that her assignment "was called The Art of Seduction, which is quite apt, really.
