Lady Gaga has topped the celebrities again in launching relief measures to help aid Japanese victims of the earthquake, tsunami and the latest nuclear meltdown. She has posted on her website asking her fans to spend $5 on the white rubber prayer band which says, "We pray for Japan". Her Twitter message also said all proceeds from the band from March 25 will go to the Japan tsunami relief fund.
