Eliza Dushku, star in the television series 'Tru Calling' and 'Dollhouse,' is returning to television in the new police series, 'Bird Dog.'
Ms. Dushku, 29, will play the estranged daughter of a New York City Cop. She eventually follows her dad into police work, and ends up working with him.
Ms. Dushku has been featured in a number of feature films, including 'True Lies' and 'Bring it on.'
